Well... back home, use of my powers--ah... they're psychic in nature, from my understanding?--using one of the associated abilities would exhaust me either physically or mentally by a certain amount to use, often in proportion to how powerful it was.

I haven't felt such exhaustion here when I've used my Semblance--if such an effect does exist, then it seems to be negligible in comparison.
