So, really, he's annoyed and he's looking for a way to let off some steam. He points the sword - more like Yamato than Rebellion, and that's Just Great - at Nero and grins.]
[It's more than a little strange, Nero thinks, to be here with a younger version of Dante. On top of... everything else. Nero eyes the katana that the teenager points at him for a brief moment before rolling his shoulders.]

He shifts his stance, grinning, before lunging at Nero with the sword.]

Still, he throws his all into the fight - probably more than he would, if he was sparring with anyone else. But Nero's bizarre familiarity rankles him, and the loss he feels spurs him on. It makes him sloppy, and it's not going to be hard for Nero to take advantage of that.]

So he capitalizes on it, of course. It's that or get his ass kicked by a Dante that's not operating at his best, which is a humiliating thought all its own.]
